β Ginger Tea (Adrak Chai / Herbal Tea)
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp tea leaves / green tea
- Honey or jaggery (to taste)
Method :
- 1. Boil water with ginger powder for 5 minutes.
- 2. Add tea leaves & simmer.
- 3. Strain into a cup.
- 4. Add honey/jaggery & serve hot.
πΏ Ginger Kadha (Immunity Drink)
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 cups water
- 5β6 tulsi (basil) leaves
- 4β5 black peppercorns
- Small stick cinnamon
- Honey/jaggery (optional)
Method :
- 1. Boil water with ginger powder & spices.
- 2. Reduce to almost half.
- 3. Strain & serve warm.
- 4. Take daily for immunity.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp ginger powder
- Β½ cup jaggery powder
- 2 tbsp butter / ghee
- Β½ tsp baking powder
Method :
- 1. Mix flour, ginger powder, jaggery & baking powder.
- 2. Add butter/ghee & make a dough.
- 3. Shape into cookies & bake at 180Β°C for 12β15 mins.
- 4. Cool & enjoy with tea.
