β˜• Ginger Tea (Adrak Chai / Herbal Tea)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp tea leaves / green tea
  • Honey or jaggery (to taste)

Method :

  • 1. Boil water with ginger powder for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Add tea leaves & simmer.
  • 3. Strain into a cup.
  • 4. Add honey/jaggery & serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 5–6 tulsi (basil) leaves
  • 4–5 black peppercorns
  • Small stick cinnamon
  • Honey/jaggery (optional)

Method :

  • 1. Boil water with ginger powder & spices.
  • 2. Reduce to almost half.
  • 3. Strain & serve warm.
  • 4. Take daily for immunity.

  • Β½ cup jaggery powder

Method :

  • 2. Add butter/ghee & make a dough.
  • 3. Shape into cookies & bake at 180Β°C for 12–15 mins.
